Due to the actions of the Minister and ACCC by imposing a Compulsory Recall on our products, irreparable damage has been sustained to the company and the Australian market perception of professional teeth whitening products. No evidence of any "serious injury" (or any injury at all) sustained while using our products was ever provided.
Pro Teeth Whitening is currently pursuing legal action in the Federal Court in relation to the decision of the Minister which resulted in our need to cease trading at this time. Pending the outcome of this case, we hope to be able to resume trading in the near future.
